Benedicte is an experienced Senior Project Manager. With her 25 years of experience in the industry she has gathered a lot of hands-on experiences. Multi-layered national and international events with many participants and demanding logistics is her specialty. She worked at Gyro for over 20 years covering a great range of events, from artist management and theatre to events. She was in charge of the production department at Gyro for 5 years and was part of the Management Group within the company. A Year at Playroom followed by a year as manager at Get Together gave her the confidence to start her own company in 2020.
Sølvi Anne is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the travel- and event industry. She brings a wealth of experience to the table from working in the hotel industry, onboard cruise ships and in travel companies. She was a groups manager for 10 years for the travel agency Heitmann Travel plus 11 years facilitating travel events at Gyro. Working at Gyro also gave Sølvi Anne valuable knowledge and experience from medium to large, and very complex travel events both in Norway and abroad.
Skilled in budgeting, guest relations, incentive groups, logistics, business travel as well as hotel negotiations, she is very service minded and offers strong operations qualities.
